The mission of Influgramer.com is to connect Influencers (called Influgramer from now on) with Brands from all over the world to help them create partnerships and commercial agreements related to visibility, product sales and / or services, to fame.

Registration

Sharing on our Services
People use our Services to connect and share content with other people or promote their image and person to Brands for collaborations. This is possible because we share your information in the following ways:
When you share content on instagram and communicate with people using Instagram Services. All the information you enter in your Instagram profile and the data analysis on your followers will be shared with the Brands and with an internal algorithm that will calculate your degree of influence within Instagram and in relation to the marketing of the Brand that will carry out the search within our system.
Public information is the data you share with the public and in your public profile or the content you share on your Influgramer.com profile. Public information is available to everyone inside or outside our Services and can be viewed or accessed via search engines, APIs and offline media, such as TV.
All the information you are going to share with the Brands can be used by the preys themselves in order to promote their image through all the channels used by the same in this case in more influgramer.com has no responsibility whatsoever in this regard.
People who see the content that other people share about you
New owner
If the ownership or control of all or part of our Services or related resources changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
Content sharing
The information that the influence or the Brand inserts within the influgramer.com portal is inserted into databases protected with encrypted keys and a https type of http protection level.
A user in which a user registers inside our portal I have a Brand. Enter all the information to register these will be made available to databases with which you can send dem for advertising and information purposes.
The data may be shared with third-party companies with which you can create collaborations to improve the influgramer.com portal and create new tools for matching between influencers and brands.


How can I manage or delete my information?
You can manage content and information by going to the item (top right) "my account" and going to select "edit profile" and you can always change this information (influgramer.com is in no way responsible for the information inserted, an improper use of these fields will result in the instant elimination of the entire profile and in the case of information that may harm the system, people, or sensitive data will be made a complaint to the competent authorities. You can also download the information associated with your account through the Media Kit (function active from 25 May 2018).

We store the data for the time necessary to provide you and other people with the products and services, including those described above. The information associated with your account will remain stored until the account is deleted, unless we no longer need it to provide products and services.

You can delete your account at any time. Deleting the account will remove the published content, such as photos and status updates. If you do not wish to delete the account, but want to temporarily stop using Influgramer.com, simply enter the portal no longer. To be able to permanently delete your account with all the information concerning you will have to go to the top right corner my account select the edit profile scroll down to find the Advanced settings item click on the arrow on the right and open the panel control for the definitive elimination of all data from our database. In order to proceed with the definitive cancellation of all the data, click inside the checkbox with the words "I want to cancel my account and all related information". Then click on the button I want to delete my profile.

How do we fulfill legal requirements or avoid damage?

We can access your information as well as keep it and share it in response to a legal request (such as a search warrant, injunction order or subpoena) if we believe in good faith that the law requires us to do so. The foregoing may include the response to requests from jurisdictions outside of the United States, if we have reason to believe that this is made mandatory by the local law of the jurisdiction in question, concerns users who meet this jurisdiction and conform to recognized standards at international level. For example, we can provide information on the reliability of your account to third-party partners to avoid fraud and improper use inside and outside our Services. The information we receive about you, including financial transaction data related to purchases made through Influgramer.com, may be consulted, processed and stored for an extended period of time when subject to a legal proceeding, government investigation or of investigations concerning possible violations of our conditions or regulations or to avoid damages. We can also store information in disabled accounts that do not meet our conditions for at least a year in order to avoid repetition of improper use or other violations of our conditions.

How will we inform you in case of changes to this legislation?

We will inform you before making any changes to this regulation and we will allow you to read and comment on the amended legislation before continuing to use our Services.
